Description of Service

BITHUB is a platform that allows users to create and publish landing pages to promote their products, services, or brands. BITHUB provides various templates, design tools, and customization options to enable users to create personalized landing pages that meet their unique needs.

In order to use BITHUB, users must create an account with us. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their login credentials, and for all activities that occur under their account.

Use of Service

Termination

BITHUB may terminate a user's account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Service. Users may also terminate their account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon termination, BITHUB will delete all content associated with the user's account.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BITHUB provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or representation of any kind, whether express or implied. BITHUB expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BITHUB be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our service. BITHUB's total liability in any event shall be limited to the fees paid by the user to us during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BITHUB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with the user's use of our service or violation of these Terms of Service.
